San Leandro High School - New Gymnasium

B.T. Mancini is proud to have delivered the complete athletic and seating package for the school’s new 55,000-square-foot, three-court gymnasium, designed by PBK | WLC Architects and constructed by Overaa Construction. The facility seats roughly 3,000 spectators and houses new locker rooms, a weight room, and other support spaces.

Our Scope:

• Porter Athletic equipment – competition basketball systems, divider curtains, volleyball standards, ceiling-hung nets, and related hardware.
• Hussey Seating – two telescopic bleacher banks providing the full spectator capacity.
• Training areas – custom wall and floor mats for the wrestling room; performance flooring in the weight room.
• Digital signage – a 54 ft × 11 ft Watchfire LED marquee integrated with scoreboards and custom graphics.

This collaborative effort with Overaa Construction, PBK | WLC Architects, Porter Athletic, Hussey Seating, and Watchfire delivers a modern venue that will serve students and the community for years to come. Go pirates!
