We’re excited to showcase our flooring work throughout the beautiful new Treehouse Hotel Sunnyvale—the first U.S. property from this playful and innovative brand. B.T. Mancini provided distinctive floor coverings tailored to both style and function:

• Mohawk Matte Finish Broadloom Carpeting adds warmth, comfort, and quiet to guestrooms and corridors. It’s highly durable and designed to withstand heavy foot traffic, essential for hotel settings.
  
• Bolon Flooring (Emerge and BKB Sisal) chosen for its sustainable qualities, modern aesthetics, and exceptional durability. It supports the eco-friendly ethos of the Treehouse brand, while providing an elegant yet resilient surface suitable for high-traffic areas like event spaces and dining facilities.
  

We also installed a sleek Corflex operable partition in the event space, enhancing flexibility and functionality. Each detail complements the hotel’s whimsical charm and sustainable vision, capturing the adventurous spirit of a childhood treehouse and honoring Sunnyvale’s rich agricultural history.
